Associate Program
Are you looking to grow your skills and become a stylist/colorist? Are you currently enrolled in cosmetology school or recently graduated? Join us for a training program working one on one with a Stylist/Educator that leads to a stylist position within our salon!

This Associate role will prepare you to graduate into the Level 1 stylist position in one of Tallahassee's best salons. We are a salon that believes in creating a clear Career Path and a path to financial freedom for our employees.
Our Associate Program is 25-40 hours per week
Throughout your time as an associate you will learn advanced technical skills as well as methods and scripts to Rebook, gain Referrals, and make Retail offerings ensuring that you will quickly build a loyal clientele.
In addition to your daily one on one training we offer in house education with educators from all of our product lines.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily planning and tracking of educators clients/services
Gain Opportunity Days to service your own request clients
Planning and tracking KPI of your own guests
Upkeep and cleanliness of the salon
Monthly Personal Development Meetings
Attending In house Education
Greeting and getting to know guests
Growing technical skills by working in partnership with educator on guests
Shampoo, blowdry, treatment, gloss, root touch up, team foiling and balayage
YOU ARE
Passionate about the industry
Ready to learn and create your dream career as a stylist
Dependable and not afraid to share your ideas on how to make processes more efficient
Comfortable in communicating basic hair and product knowledge to clients
Hyper-focused on sanitation and organization
Grounded in hospitality and love making people feel comfortable and more amazing than when they walked into the salon

We will contact you and set up a couple of practical services to evaluate your technical skill and guest handling experience
